Direct mail, planned on our floor
Know the postage before you call.
Pick the piece, the quantity and the list. The estimate updates with current USPS prices, the press we would run it on, the day we need your files, and the response that pays it back. Send it and Nick quotes the print.

Plan the mailing
Eight questions. The estimate on the right fills in as you answer.
Nothing here is saved until you send it. Change your mind as often as you like.
Proof, list by list
You get the return for each list, not one blended number.
The estimate above tells you the response you need. These are the three ways we show you the response you got, so the second mailing is a decision and not a guess.
A personal URL and QR code on every piece
Each address gets its own link. A visit or a scan tells you which list, which version and which neighborhood responded, without asking the customer anything.
One offer code per list
The win-back version and the best-customer version carry different codes. Every order that redeems a code is counted against the list it came from.
Matchback after the campaign
Plenty of people buy without the code. We match your orders against the mail file by address, so the return per list includes them too.
Where it gets made
Strategy, design, print, presort and mail entry, one roof and one phone number.
Third generation of the DeBlasio family since Printer's Row in 1963. Three shifts. About 110 million direct mail pieces produced in 2023, with the second inkjet web added for 2024.

RMGT 920PF-8, LED-UV, roll-to-sheet. Static long runs, about 35% less paper cost than sheet stock.
Paper by the roll. About 125 tons a week moves through the two Elk Grove Village plants.
Variable data on the inkjet webs. Jobs that took seven days now finish in 24 hours.
Folding, tabbing, inserting and presort on the same floor, then straight to the postal entry.
Volume and turnaround figures as reported by Printing Impressions, “Illinois Printer Taps New Markets with Second Truepress JET 520HD+” (2024). Paper saving as published on jdgraphic.com.
Questions
Before you send the estimate.
- Is the postage figure a quote?
- It is the published USPS commercial price for the shape and class you picked, before any Full-Service or drop-ship discount. The real number lands inside the range once we presort your list. Print and finishing come from Nick as a separate line.
- Do you only print, or do you plan the campaign too?
- Both. We split and clean the list, choose the postal path, design the piece if you want us to, print it, presort it, enter it and report the response per list.
- Personalized or static, which is cheaper?
- A static long run on roll-to-sheet offset is usually the lowest cost per piece. Inkjet makes every piece personal and turns in 24 hours. Many campaigns run a static shell with variable addressing and codes, which the estimate suggests between 50,000 and 250,000 pieces.
- Can you handle national volume?
- About 110 million direct mail pieces went out of the two Elk Grove Village plants in 2023, on three shifts. Tell Nick the quantity and the in-home date.
